ONE88 is a modern, luxury condominium tower in downtown Bellevue, WA. Outdoor spaces provide a series of amenities for residents in a park-like setting. Terraces for community use as well as private residential units are found at multiple levels of the building. The largest terrace includes a large lawn space with gardens, an outdoor kitchen, and a fireplace. A second terrace includes a lounge space with a decorative metal trellis structure that mimics patterns found on the interior of the building. A green roof wraps the skylights above the pool and provides a landscaped view for residences above. Paving patterns and planter walls at grade play off of the angular forms of the glass tower above.
