The Nintendo of America Headquarters replaced a dated suburban office park with a modern building representative of the company’s gaming culture and brand. The corporate board room is a rooftop penthouse surrounded by a 75,000 SF green roof to reduce heat gain and storm water runoff.  Campus amenities feature a dining plaza, amphitheater and athletic facilities for basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer.
