Sawyer

The Sawyer is one of two apartment buildings developed by SeaLevel Properties at the Waterfront Place Development at the Port of Everett. The 135-unit apartment building faces west with stunning views across the marina, the southern tip of Jetty Island, Possession Sound, and the Olympic Mountains. Designed with a maritime character, the Sawyer has street-level units with stoops and patio spaces that connect to the sidewalk, with seating and landscape to create a vibrant and active community edge. The parking is behind the building with covered canopies to provide some shelter on sunny and windy days.
