Redmond, WA   |   Mixed-Use Residential Development

Verde at Esterra Park

Verde is a new 634-unit residential development in the Overlake neighborhood of Redmond, WA. Located on the north edge of Esterra Park, a block from the Eastlink Overlake Train Station, and adjacent to the Microsoft campus, Verde offers a live-work-play experience in a vibrant new community. The site traverses 40-feet of elevation change that allows for courtyards at multiple levels of the building that engage the adjacent 2.67-acre Esterra Park at grade. Two roof decks offer sweeping views and amenity space for residents. A central plaza space under the building provides covered outdoor space for residents and public, including dining associated with the adjacent Jack Sprat restaurant that shares its indoor space with residents as an after-hours amenity space.

The landscape is an extension of the park with drought tolerant plantings and pollinator species. Trees removed for development were salvaged for reuse providing seating throughout the development.
