Prism

Prism is a 138-unit apartment development in the Northgate neighborhood. Tucked in to the quieter neighborhood south of Northgate Way, Prism provides a transition along the street between the single-family residential zone and the busy retail corridor to the north.  Live-work units with lushly landscaped entry courts accessed off the sidewalk. Large, terraced stormwater planters collect roof water, and a south-facing landscaped terrace provides communal outdoor amenity space for residents.
