One Esterra Park

One Esterra, is a 245,000 square-foot office building in Redmond, WA.  The building is situated at the east entry to the Esterra Park community, and across the street and adjacent to the Microsoft campus. The public entry plaza and private employee terrace front onto an urban pathway / hill-climb which is an active pedestrian spine through Esterra Park linking 156th Avenue to the East Link Light Rail at Overlake Village Station.
