Cascade Blocks

The Cascade Blocks in the Cascade neighborhood of South Lake Union is a mixed-use residential development including commercial retail spaces with outdoor courtyard spaces, ground floor live-work units, and a landscaped mews that connects pedestrians across the site between Fairview Avenue on the west to Minor Avenue on the east.  Specimen trees and ornamental metal work mark the entries to the mews and lobby spaces. Roof decks offer outdoor amenity spaces with views of downtown and Lake Union.
